Duties :
To achieve or exceed revenue goals in the Pasific rim region.
- To sell strategic projects to ensure Sarron builds high value, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ongoing business development activities, particularly working with Corporate Marketing function regarding quarterly demand generation initiatives / promotions.
- Selling Sarron Education.
- Liaising & leveraging Sarron Product & Telesales teams.
- Development of partner channels as a revenue generating route to market.
- Build strong relationships with the sales organization and other resources throughout Sarron e.g. Presales, Professional Services.
- Input to business plans for Pasific rim to include the growth of the education business directly or via partner program(s) where appropriate.
- Provide support for major accounts and major education proposals and initiatives.
- Provides accurate and timely revenue forecasts.
Establishment of a strong and sustainable pipeline
Experience :
- Strong analytical, communication, writing and marketing skills
- Proven track record of new revenue creation
- Extensive experience and knowledge of online real estate industry required.
- Understanding of traffic quality and management of how to maximize traffic yield.
- Strong negotiation, deal creation and closing.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, work across functional teams and drive results.
- Proven ability to analyze business performance, understand underlying drivers and set and achieve goals.
- Experience building relationships with business partners as well as across functional teams.
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using various desktop applications including, the internet, MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of business experience in business development and/or product development
