Job Title : Territory Sales Representative

Duties :
- Represent Sarron at all levels within the territory
- Define and build a customer base within the territory that a) one will be able to manage properly and b) that will enable to reach or preferably over exceed quota. Customers will be both existing mid- market named accounts as well as new accounts.
- Promote Sarron and Sarron's vision and solution set within the customers to the extent that Sarron will become the vendor for all security and availability solutions within the customer
- Build adequate business plans with set milestones for each major customer
- Manage resources needed to serve the customer (technical, training, partner etc)
- Work with Sarron's Partner Account Manager to ensure our partners will be able to deliver the proposed solutions into the customers.
- Carry the complete set of products offered by Sarron (security, availability, consulting, managed services and training)
- Using CRM (ACT), responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities.
- Working with the Regional Manager, develop and implement specific customer account plans and Territory Account Plans in support of company goals and quota objectives.
- Liaise with the Partner Account Manager to capture every opportunity within the customer community
 
Requirements :
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivational/management qualities with an entrepreneurial flare.
- Articulate and an excellent communicator, at ease with all levels of management including the ability to present in an authoritative manner to a sometimes difficult audience.
- Must understand customers business and within that be able to find customers' 'pain-points' and in a constructive way describe a solution that will solve the issue and be cost justified.
- Well organized, with an ability to motivate the customer to buy Sarron products.
- Minimum of 4 years Field sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Degree level preferred with a thorough understanding of the IT industry, particularly in relation to software and the current security issues faced by IT executives in medium sized businesses
- Must be competent with Excel (understand pivot tables) and PowerPoint (understand custom builds) and generally pc- literate to be able to use Sarron tools and reporting mechanisms
