Duties :
- Planning the product strategy to achieve product revenue target
- Working with the Regional Manager to engage the Security business in Pacific Rim Countries.
- Promote Sarron and Sarron's vision and solution set within the customers to the extent that Sarron will become the vendor for all security and availability solutions within the customer
- Using CRM (ACT), responsible for the development, management and closure of forecasted opportunities.
- Working with the Regional Manager, develop and implement specific customer account plans in support of company goals and quota objectives.
Requirements :
- Product Sales responsible for Products of SMB and Enterprise related products.
- Ability to demonstrate self-motivational/management qualities with an entrepreneurial flare.
- Articulate and an excellent communicator, at ease with all levels of management including the ability to present in an authoritative manner to a sometimes difficult audience.
- Must understand customers business and within that be able to find customers' 'pain-points' and in a constructive way describe a solution that will solve the issue and be cost justified.
- Well organized, with an ability to motivate the customer to buy Sarron products.
- Minimum of 4 years Field sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Degree level preferred with a thorough understanding of the IT industry, particularly in relation to software and the current security issues faced by IT executives in medium sized businesses in Finland
