Duties :
Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current accounts. Prospects, markets, sells
and develops Business Accounts; Responsible for partnering with Sales Reps to build
relationships with business customers in order to retain and grow Company revenue. The team
shares in the responsibility for understanding the customers' business opportunities and
problems to match the appropriate solution to meet their needs. Has the ability to generate
new business through cold calling.
Desired candidates must have previously demonstrated the ability to build accounts from the
ground up while achieving Sales Objectives in a short time frame; They must also demonstrate a
history of expanding existing business accounts as well as managing multiple potential clients.
Candidates must have strong presentation and leadership skills with a combination of 7+ years
of business-to-business and educational sales experience. Qualified candidates should be
experienced in selling to medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations, as well as
being assertive, well organized, tenacious, fast paced individual and goal oriented person.
The Sales Objectives are to maximize sales, revenue, customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsible for engaging in outside sales activities, telemarketing and other marketing
activities such as sales meetings, presentations and entertainment functions, both during
and after normal business hours, in order to generate new e-rate business accounts and
expand existing e-rate accounts; promoting customer goodwill through regular customer contact
and visits; and other duties as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
- Superior proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) required. - Other databases, web-page and graphic programs a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Knowledge of e-mail systems
- Good spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and grammatical skills

- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within telecommunications industry.
- 2 –3 years prior managerial and staffing industry experience required.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills (strong written and verbal communications skills); and must be able to promote positive and professional company image.
- (7+ years minimum) work experience in commissioned selling to senior level executives - non-profit organizations preferred
- 3 years minimum e-rate experience
- Successful outside sales experience selling Security technology services to corporations
